HELICAL PUMPS
We step up newly into manufacturing Helical pumps which are mainly designed to transfer various ranges of challenging fluids like viscous, abrasive & shear-sensitive fluids. Our helical pumps are mostly supplied to chemical industries, Food and Beverage industry, Rubber processing water and wastewater treatment,
- Self-Priming up to 8 meters of water
- Positive displacement, Flow is proportional to speed and Independent of pressure.
- Handles most liquids from water to abrasive slurries, entertained gases and froth to viscous and non-Newtonian fluids
- Flow Rates from 0.5m/hr to 100m/hr.
- Low emulsification, Low shear, negligible pulsation.
- Pumps slurries / Liquids with suspended solids and particles.
- Operation in either direction.
- Pressure up to 24 bar.
- Cast iron or stainless steel materials of construction.
